2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ),
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52149 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 35 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of the BNS.
3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons armed variously abused and assaulted informant due to which he sustained injury . It is further alleged that accused persons also took Rs. 24,000/- from pocket of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that t hese petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of commission of assault and abuse is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Champaran at Motihari in
