The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2018 in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341,323,504,506,379,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the FIR, the role attributed to the petitioner is only as an order giver. It appears from the injury report that the injury purported to have been inflicted is simple in nature found. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
