The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with P.S. Mufasil, Aurangabad Case No. 11 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is very old man and is suffering from Cancer and he is under treatment.
