JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simri Case No. 187 of 2014 instituted under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is alleged that as per resolution no. 1296, dated 23.2.2007, Department of Finance, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, Solar lights system was to be purchased from Beltron or Breda but the same has not been purchased from the said agency and in this way irregularities have been committed as well as government money to the tune ofRs. 11,15,000/- has been misappropriated. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) in the court below, the same shall be subject to result of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Buxar in connection with Simri Case No. 187 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
