Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.5096 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No.128 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 110 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle, which was being driven by this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
