Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(d)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is alleged from the roof of a temple and it is said that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner was not there at the time of recovery. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10227 of 2021(2) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ishakchak Police Station Case No.80 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
