2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have committed fraud with the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 98 of 2023 is pending between the parties. He submits that the matter relates with a civil dispute to which the informant has tried to give colour of criminal offence. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 410 of 2022.
