The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Muffassil (Singhoul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. compound The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.05.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 15226 of 2015, but the petitioner again filed this anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the case has been compromised. The informant is uncle of the petitioner but it appears that there is specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted the informant with pistol causing grievous injury on his head and the offence is noncompoundable. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36527 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 earlier rejected at about one year and seven months earlier. Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider the anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
