The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 308, 427, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, his application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
