Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi and danda on refusing to share his ancestral property.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the injury allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner is son of the informant and claims clean antecedent.
