2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 341/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have taken Rs.2 lacs from the complainant for providing job in the merchant navy.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner denies the allegation. He submits that the complainant voluntarily parted with the money to secure appointment through unfair means which is itself illegal and an offence. Any agreement or contract for unlawful purpose is void. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case and nature of accusation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
