2. Permission is accorded.

3 . The bail petition of petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 2 and the State .

5 . Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 504, 506, 379, 307 and 34 of the IPC .

6. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54561 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons surrounded the informant and abused him and also assaulted informant due to which he sustained grievous injury .

7. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner No. 2 is rejected.
