Petitioners seek bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. Name of the petitioners have come during investigation in confessional statement of Praduman Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019.
