JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25004 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 The accusation is of assaulting the informant and resorting to fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that four persons received injuries from the informant's side which is superficial simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
