Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.14 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 461 and 379 Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. His name has been taken by co-accused, Rakesh Ram. No TIP has been held. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 07.06.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
