This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pusa Police Station Case No. 81 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the chargesheet has been filed in bailable Section.

In that view of the matter, the application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9649 of 2021(4) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw this bail application and when the Court below takes cognizance and in case of cognizance being taken under non-bailable Section, the petitioners will have liberty to move anticipatory bail petition.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is dismissed.
