JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64754 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was granted provisional bail on the condition that he will pay rupees ten thousand per month to the informant for a period of one year and in compliance of the order dated 16.10.2019, he was depositing the aforementioned amount regularly up to the month of February, 2020, but due to pandemic (COVID-19), he lost his job. It is further submitted that he is not in a position to fulfill the condition to pay rupees ten thousand per month to the informant.
