The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(D)(E)(F) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. Considering the fact that there is direct evidence against the petitioners of having involved in the crime, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
