The petitioner seeks bail in Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.04.2021. Vide order dated 17.11.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case is fixed for framing of charge.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, as the petitioner is in custody since
