ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.10.2011 by which the J.M. Ist Class, Chapra, has dismissed the Complaint Case No. 558 of 2007.

Having gone through the complaint case, I find no justification for interfering in the impugned order. Hence, the application stands rejected.

However, the petitioner shall not be precluded to raise his claim before any other forum.
