Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 549 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 186, 332, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been granted benefit of Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
