Petitioner seeks bail in Rail Chapra P.S.Case No. 76 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 (ii),35 of the Arms Act and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

One country made Katta along with other instruments and one bottle of 100 ml english wine was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.07.2021. Investigation is complete.
