JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section302 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have given repeated dagger blows causing injuries on the chest of the deceased. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge goes to show that the doctor opined that the injuries found on the person of the deceased were sufficient to cause his death.

Since the injuries found on the person of the deceased are said to be caused by the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No.325 of 2014 pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35093 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 the court of Additional Sessions Judge II, Saran at Chapra in Sessions Trial No.194 of 2015 stands rejected.
