This application is for grant of bail in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) P.S.Case No.75 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she is in custody for about six months and in the supervision note also, nothing has been levelled against the manner of the occurrence.
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the informant that the deceased had been administered some substance due to which, she died and in the post mortem report also, it has come that this is a suspected case of poison, however,

In view of the facts as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner is at liberty to move for bail.
The Sr.S.P., Bhagalpur is directed to obtain the viscera report and place it on the record so that trial may be conducted in fair manner.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
