Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner prays for bail in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 26 of 2018, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 448 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be Debar of the deceased, is of killing the deceased due to demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the lady is still traceless and her dead body was not found and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61325 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 moreover no specific allegation has been attributed against him and co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 8.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 56025 of 2018 and he is in custody since 25.4.2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-VIII, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 448 of 2018, arising out of Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 26 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
