JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(a) For issuance of appropriate writ commanding and directing the concerned respondent Authorities especially the Respondent No.-5 to take care of the representation of the petitioner whereby and whereunder a prayer has been made before the Respondent Authorities to remove the encroachment done by the concerned private respondent No.6 by constructing structure over the road's land situated between the village and Ram Janki Thakurbari connecting the main Road, i.e. the Land situated under

Patna High Court CWJC No.12182 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 Mauja Gopalpur, Khata No.133, Khesra No.627 in the village - Akopur, P.S. -Cheriabariyarpur, Block and Anchal Cheriabariyarpur under the District of Begusarai for which the proceeding was initiated by the Respondent No.- 5 vide the letter contained in Memo NO.- 421 dated 24.04.2023 but the same has been left by him under the pressure best known to him.

b) For issuance of an appropriate order/Direction/Writ to the concerned authority to take legal action and also to recover the cost of removal of encroachment from the private Responded No. 6,"

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Cheriya Bariyarpur, District-Begusarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
