3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any valid reason to modify my earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65104 of 2024(3) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 before the learned court below and if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
