Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section (47)a of Bihar Excise Act.

Petitioner is said to have been caught with near about 9 litres of liquors for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.8.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.174 of 2016.
