JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2023 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.130 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty be granted to the petitioners to enable them to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
