The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. The victim got her age recorded in 164 Cr.P.C statement as 15 years whereas the learned court below assessed her age 16 years.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in 164 Cr.P.C. statement stated that she went in the company of this petitioner with her own will and she has not alleged any misbehave by the petitioner. A statement has been

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.221 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
