2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2016 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner, being a lady and the mother-in-law of the informant, has been falsely implicated and in any event, the ingredients of the offence under Section 376 of the IPC are not made out against her. The thrust of accusation is against co-accused Jaydeep Kumar who has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28644 of 2016.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.
