The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman and is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to plucking of jack-fruit, the occurrence took place wherein he was assaulted by axe on his head and his daughter-in-law Khushbu Devi and grandson Pritam Kumar were beaten up mercilessly. It is next alleged that his brother Bhutku Yadav, his wife Inwa Devi @ Neema Devi (petitioner) and other named accused persons assaulted his daughter in-law.

No.62396 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she is wife of Bhutku Yadav, who is own brother of Jamun Yadav, the present informant. It is submitted that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Katoria P. S. Case No.70 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
