The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Some cash, mobile sets and other articles are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner deals in business of purchasing and selling old articles and as a matter of fact, the seized articles were purchased by the petitioner. It is further contended by him that uptill now, it could not be established as to whether seized articles are stolen properties or not. The petitioner does not have any criminal

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 375 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
