The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/448/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are family members. Both sustained injury during the occurrence and case and counter case was lodged. The petitioner allegedly assaulted with iron rod to the informant causing injury at her head. The doctor has found stitched wound on the frontal area besides other injuries on other parts of the body including the fracture. Submission is that wife of the petitioner had also sustained injury during the course of occurrence. The reason behind the occurrence is land dispute between the parties. The

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.253 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
