Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1223 of 2018, arising out of Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.58383 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 1223 of 2018, arising out of Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018.
