The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from a four wheeler and three persons were seen when they were fleeing from the said vehicle. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot. The petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
