2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance but neither the grievance has been redressed nor the said representation has been disposed of.
3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter and the admitted dues, if any, of the petitioner must be paid to him
Patna High Court CWJC No.12399 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 within two months thereafter.
4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
