1. The writ application has been filed for assailing the order of suspension dated 13-9-2019.
2. From the counter-affidavit, it is apparent that the charge memo has already been served on the petitioner. The charge memo is dated 14-10-2020 and the same is Annexure -B to the counter-affidavit.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a long time has lapsed since initiation of the disciplinary proceedings and there is no likelihood of the same being disposed of within a reasonable time.

4. The apprehension of the petitioner, if the proceeding is pending till date, is required to be considered as the proceeding was initiated as far back as in October 2020.
5. The Court is, therefore, of the opinion that the authorities should proceed expeditiously without any undue delay so as to conclude the proceedings within a reasonable time.
6. Writ petition is disposed of.
