Petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.10.2016 in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 47(a)/50/51/57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Forty-two liters of country made liquor was recovered from the old and dilapidated house of the informant allegedly in forceful possession of the petitioner in respect of a portion thereof.

Submission is that due to property dispute false case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52699 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/Successor Court, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016.
