Petitioners seek further four weeks time to surrender before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran/ concerned court in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No. 288 of 2014 in the light of order dated 09.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.303 of 2015 as due to some unavoidable circumstances they could not surrender before the above stated court.

This modification petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24672 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 concerned court in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No. 288 of 2014 within four weeks from today and if they do so, the concerned court shall pass the appropriate order as directed by this court vide order dated 09.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 303 of 2015.

Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of.
