JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and eight cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as stated in Para-3 of the petition and more or less having similar allegation one co-accused Ajay Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39888 of 2016 (3) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 24 of 2016.
