==================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that he has surrendered before the Court below on 30.07.2015, pursuant to order dated 20.09.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 49153 of 2014.

Though, the petitioner has surrendered much beyond the time allotted in view of there being non compliance of the undertaking given before the Court, still the Court condones the same and does not propose to proceed against him in the matter.

In view of the fact that the instant petition has been filed for extension of time by further eight weeks from 31.05.2015, which also expired on 25.07.2015, this Court

does not find any occasion to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
