The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 493 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one Motorcycle bearing registration No. BR01CY-6943 has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has not produced any paper with regard to the aforesaid Motorcycle on demand.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no case lodged by anybody claiming that his Motorcycle has been stolen. He further submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S.
