2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and only grievance which remains is with regard to delayed interest over pension and pensionary benefits, for which the petitioner is entitled.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be restored to file appropriate representation before

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submissions made by the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission of the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to file appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and on submission of such representation, the same shall be addressed by the respondent No.3 and final order shall be recorded within further period of six weeks thereafter and benefits, if any, shall be allowed in favour of the petitioner within the same time.
