2. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 21.02.2019 passed CWJC No. 1217 of 2019. The operative portion of the order reads as under:- "In view of the matter having been dealt with by the Apex Court, we see
Patna High Court MJC No.2873 of 2019(5) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 no reason to keep these matters pending as in view of what has been stated before the Apex Court, the consideration with regard to minimum cut-off marks is likely to be taken up by the Full Court of the High Court in its next meeting.
In the background aforesaid, the reliefs as prayed for at present stand satisfied and concluded without prejudice to the rights of any person to challenge any other issues arising in relation thereto or pending in any other petition before this Court.
All these petitions are, therefore, consigned to records with the said observations."
3. Perusal of the aforesaid observations does not amount to contempt. There is no specific direction to any authority so as entertain the present contempt petition.
4. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 2873 of 2019 stands dropped.
