The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S.Case No. 185 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342, 307, 324 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused Uday Yadav having identical allegation has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.07.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28522 of 2016. Web copy of the order has been produced before the Court. Let the same be kept on record.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39541 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 18.07.2016, the petitioner Prethwi Yadav @ Prethwichand Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S.Case No. 185 of 2015.
