The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018 in connection with Rail Narkatiyaganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on mere suspicion the petitioner was arrested from the platform. He has no concern with the alleged liquor recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
