The petitioner seeks bail in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 362/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR but the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has also got criminal antecedent but the petitioner is in jail since 06.12.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S.
