2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a)(c)/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 20 liters of country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the bank of river and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession.

5. However, learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedent, out of which, four cases are of similar nature.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of similar nature of petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
