One country made Katta and one live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was found in an inebriated condition for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.07.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S.Case No. 121 of 2016.
